James Pidding FCIArb C.Arb is the principal and sole practitioner. He is a Chartered Arbitrator, construction adjudicator and expert and offers advice and services to property owners and their professional teams, contractors, subcontractors and specialists in the building and construction industry. He has been practising in these fields since 1987 and, in statutory adjudication in construction, since its inception in 1998. Prior to 1987 he was MD of a group of companies operating in the interiors fields of building and construction.

Expertise is not confined to interiors – many of the areas of knowledge and experience are common to a wider field within building and construction. For example, matters of payment, delays, liquidated damages and practical completion affect all parties and all construction operations.
